Dynamics 365 – April 20, 2017 2-4pm

Topic: Dynamics 365

Did Dynamics 365 just show up in your Office 365 App Launcher? Are you afraid to click on it? Me too. This offering is huge and intimidating.

So, I’ve asked Chris Driscoll to help us understand how Dynamics 365 unifies CRM and ERP capabilities. It can help manage specific business functions including:

  • Customer Service
  • Sales
  • Field Service
  • Project Service Automation
  • Operations

While we’ll dive into the ERP capabilities another day, on Thursday Chris will give us a general overview of Dynamics 365 CRM and he’ll demo how we can leverage it. He’ll also provide insight into Microsoft’s roadmap for this suite of functionality.

Presenter: Chris Driscoll from RSM
